Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
If you arrive less than 15 minutes late, I will still accept your appointment, but your service may be modified (e.g., simplified design or solid color only). If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
No shows will be charged 50% of their booked service.
